Once the command is given, the ranks of the Saurus Warriors become a fearsome thresher of celestite weaponry, savage jaws, and single-minded focus.
Aggradon Lancers are among the most aggressive cavalry known to the Mortal Realms, for their fearsome scaled steeds only become swifter and more ravenous as battle-frenzy overtakes their senses. A charge of Aggradon Lancers can collapse entire battlelines in a storm of predatory violence, riders and mounts alike lashing out with savage force and overwhelming ferocity.
Clad in formidable exo-armour and equipped with a fearsome array of weaponry, Einhyr Hearthguard are a force to be reckoned with. Whether forming bodyguards around their Oathband's heroes or striking deep into the heart of enemy territory, they are all but unstoppable on the attack and nigh-immovable in defence.
Cthonian Beserks are among the most heavily augmented and courageous of the Kin. Brandishing powerful mining tools that double as weapons of war and unleashing autonomous explosives that tunnel through solid rock, the Beserks storm enemy strongpoints and break them open like an asteroid filled with seams of precious ore.
Chosen from the largest and strongest of the saurus to protect their slann masters, the Saurus Guard are a living shield that defiantly protects their ancient masters from harm.
Skink Starseers sit at the apex of the skink priesthood, festooned with astromantic tools that aid them in deciphering the portents of the heavens. Starseers are the most puissant Seraphon wizards after the Slann Starmasters themselves, with celestial blessings that allow them to gaze into the future and influence the skein of fate to suit their masters’ unknowable ends.
Scar-Veterans are champions among the Seraphon, marked for command by battle-tested skill and sheer ferocity. Many Scar-Veterans choose to fight from atop a savage, blood-frenzied aggradon, the better to traverse the battlefield and carve through enemy ranks. These swift-moving champions excel at spurring the fury of their kin, leading each charge with an ear-splitting roar from both rider and mount.
Brôkhyr are the artisans of the Kin, makers of technological marvels – when one of these seasoned engineers hooks into a powerful exo-frame, they become Thunderkyn. Adapted from void-rigs used to maintain the spacecraft of the Leagues, the armoured exo-skeletons worn by the Thunderkyn exchange repair tools for massive heavy weapons, which the Brôkhyr use to pick off enemy armour and lay down covering fire for their Oathband.
Well-armoured, well-trained, and equipped with an array of powerful weaponry, Hearthkyn Warriors form the backbone of most Oathbands. Led by their Theyns, these hardy fighters lay down hails of firepower, shrugging off the enemy's return volleys before storming in to shatter their wavering foes for good.
The Spawn of Chotec are gigantic salamanders, believed by the Seraphon to be the children of their sun god. Directed in battle by sun-blessed skink handlers, these predatory creatures are capable of belching flammable acid in viscous globs or deadly streams of liquid flame – victims who survive this fiery burst soon find themselves horrifically digested alive by the caustic juices that remain.
The Seraphon strive tirelessly to advance the Great Plan of the Old Ones, returning true order and balance to realms tainted by the Ruinous Powers. Guided by ancient amphibian mages who shape reality itself with unfathomable magics, their armies see cold-blooded saurians and ferocious reptilian beasts fight together as a single potent force. Brôkhyrs are the engineers and artisans of the Leagues, and Iron-masters are the most accomplished of their kind. In battle, they take on the duty of maintaining damaged Kin war engines, often aided by Ironkin and COG repair crews. These veteran Brôkhyrs also bring their most powerful creations to war, taking satisfaction in unleashing them upon the foe with their own hands.
