The Boneshaper's art is that of creation, not destruction. Though their ossified talons can rake through flesh, and though they can summon a gale of sharp bone splinters at will, they focus their efforts on regenerating the Ossiarch regiments around them.
Mortisan Ossifectors are dedicated to fashioning the mightiest constructs of the Bonereaper hosts, from the grotesque firing mechanisms of Mortek Crawlers to the dense bone-matter employed in the dread Morghasts. These necrotic engineers can be found developing their craft even in the midst of battle, sculpting grimly ingenious refinements and applying sorcerous augmentations to their monstrous charges.
Ardboy Big Bosses are veteran Ironjawz with an eye for the battlefield and enough bellowing presence to browbeat their lads into line. Only the toughest of Ardboys survive long enough to become a Big Boss – these formidable warriors can turn a boisterous orruk horde into a disciplined killing machine that advances in a semblance of formation before crashing into the enemy like an armoured fist.
The Beast-skewer Killbow is a cruel ballista with one purpose – slaying the largest of beasts with brutal efficiency. Manned by Kruleboyz hand-picked for their proficiency with ranged weapons, the killbow can topple even the sturdiest of Monsters.
Wildly unpredictable, savage, untamed and violent, Waaagh! magic cannot be controlled by anything with even a shred of sanity. Luckily, the Ironjawz don’t have many shreds of sanity amongst them, and the least-shredded of all are the Weirdnob Shamans.
The Soulreapers are the most destructive members of the Mortisan order. It is their role to cut the souls from the enemy with their magical scythes, though at need they can discharge a blast of captured spirit energy to destroy nearby foes.
Zoggrok Anvilsmasha is a legend amongst the Ironjawz, for he has mastered the art of hammering the destructive force of the Waaagh! into iron, stone, and bone. Accompanied by Klonk, his rockbrow squig, Zoggrok uses his 'bashin' tools' to channel Gorkamorka's power into the weapons of orruks gathered around him. These green-hot blades thrum with wrath, eager to unleash their raging energy in combat.
The biggest – and therefore the best – of the Ironjawz, the orruk Megabosses lead the Ironjaw warclans with a ramshackle unity, smashing and stomping and breaking and battering everything in reach.
The Ossiarch Bonereapers are masters of war, disciplined legions of bone-constructs who slaughter the living with clinical efficiency. Created to serve as the foremost warriors of Nagash, tyrannical god of the dead, they are creatures of magically sculpted bone and cruelly spliced souls, constructed from the harvested remains of the mortals they kill. Their empire has spread far, all in service to the Mortarch and military genius Orpheon Katakros. Detached and merciless, the Ossiarch Bonereapers grind down their enemies with tactical supremacy before seizing their bones to craft new legions of conquest.
The Orruks are Destruction incarnate. This vicious and primal race of natural-born killers loves nothing more than to wage unending war.
Man-skewer Boltboyz are known for using crude crossbows to engage in ranged combat. Their close-combat comrades heckle and scoff at this perceived display of cowardice, but these devious Kruleboyz care not.
Brute Ragerz hurl themselves at the biggest and meanest foes, swinging huge two-handed weapons with brutal force. They're driven by frenzied arrogance, desperate to overcome the humiliation of a previous defeat – few things are more dangerous than an orruk determined to prove just how ’ard they really are.
