Lords of Pain are champions of Slaanesh who have sampled countless vices and excesses. Armed with wicked soulpiercer maces, they lead warbands of devoted followers and are always eager to demonstrate their mastery of all forms of agony.
Shardspeakers of Slaanesh are favoured sorcerers who have been gifted with a relic from the Temple of Twisted Mirrors. By tapping into the power of these artefacts, they can reduce a disciplined regiment to a pack of howling beasts ripe for slaughter.
Lords of Hubris are utterly enamoured with their own magnificence, strutting peacocks who swagger into battle, loudly demanding that the enemy’s finest face them in single combat. Those foolish enough to answer this challenge are cut to ribbons in a matter of seconds, for these champions have honed their bladework to perfection, and are accompanied by only the most elite Slaaneshi warriors.
The Masque once entertained Slaanesh, but then displeased him, and was exiled. Since then the Herald has been cursed to dance endlessly. Those drawn into this endless performance are doomed to a swift and spectacular death.
Daemonettes are Slaanesh's Lesser Daemons and the most numerous of all his servants. Possessed of the hypnotic glamour for which all Daemons of Slaanesh are abhorred, they are vicious, merciless fighters who attack with astounding speed and grace.
Saurus Astrolith Bearers are warriors marked by destiny, spawned with a natural instinct for tracking down and unearthing the relics of lost gods. The astroliths they carry are conduits for the power of Azyr, coiling serpentine totems enveloping a floating orb of celestite. Seraphon in the presence of such an icon fight all the harder, empowered by the celestial energies that radiate from the artefact.
Diminutive but deadly, the Skinks of the seraphon are deceptively fast skirmishers who wield a surprising level of power. Communicating in chirps and clicks, they co-ordinate their strikes with an impressive synchronicity, opportunistically attacking and darting back into cover before the enemy can react.
The Spawn of Chotec are gigantic salamanders, believed by the Seraphon to be the children of their sun god. Directed in battle by sun-blessed skink handlers, these predatory creatures are capable of belching flammable acid in viscous globs or deadly streams of liquid flame – victims who survive this fiery burst soon find themselves horrifically digested alive by the caustic juices that remain.
The Seraphon strive tirelessly to advance the Great Plan of the Old Ones, returning true order and balance to realms tainted by the Ruinous Powers. Guided by ancient amphibian mages who shape reality itself with unfathomable magics, their armies see cold-blooded saurians and ferocious reptilian beasts fight together as a single potent force. The Hedonites of Slaanesh cavort across the realms in vile carnivals of sin and excess, seeking the scent of their absent deity, the Dark Prince. Those who find themselves in the path of these raiders are destined to die a slow and painful death, for the Hedonites are sensation-seekers without compare, utterly dedicated to indulging their sadistic desires upon the battlefield. Hosts of majestic, sinuous daemons slice a contemptuous path through the enemy, while silk-draped mortals seek to inflict the most exquisite agonies imaginable, the tormented soul of each slain foe offered up as tribute to their cruel master.
Skink Starseers sit at the apex of the skink priesthood, festooned with astromantic tools that aid them in deciphering the portents of the heavens. Starseers are the most puissant Seraphon wizards after the Slann Starmasters themselves, with celestial blessings that allow them to gaze into the future and influence the skein of fate to suit their masters’ unknowable ends.
Scar-Veterans are champions among the Seraphon, marked for command by battle-tested skill and sheer ferocity. Many Scar-Veterans choose to fight from atop a savage, blood-frenzied aggradon, the better to traverse the battlefield and carve through enemy ranks. These swift-moving champions excel at spurring the fury of their kin, leading each charge with an ear-splitting roar from both rider and mount.
