The Idoneth Deepkin are a mysterious race of aelves who dwell within the oceans of the Mortal Realms, emerging from their watery seclusion to plunder the souls of land-dwellers – a grim harvest upon which their very survival depends.
Brôkhyrs are the engineers and artisans of the Leagues, and Iron-masters are the most accomplished of their kind. In battle, they take on the duty of maintaining damaged Kin war engines, often aided by Ironkin and COG repair crews. These veteran Brôkhyrs also bring their most powerful creations to war, taking satisfaction in unleashing them upon the foe with their own hands.
Brôkhyr are the artisans of the Kin, makers of technological marvels – when one of these seasoned engineers hooks into a powerful exo-frame, they become Thunderkyn. Adapted from void-rigs used to maintain the spacecraft of the Leagues, the armoured exo-skeletons worn by the Thunderkyn exchange repair tools for massive heavy weapons, which the Brôkhyr use to pick off enemy armour and lay down covering fire for their Oathband.
The Kin are a clone race of resilient and pragmatic warriors, who together form the ancient Leagues of Votann. Given wisdom and purpose by their ancient Ancestor Cores, armed and armoured by the pounding pistons of the forge, they scour the galaxy for the resources to expand their works and overcome any foe. Hernkyn Pioneers roam the battlefield on magna-rail bikes, scouting a path for doughty Hearthkyn Warriors and augmented Cthonian Beserks to secure their objectives – guided by battle-tested Kâhls such as the legendary Ûthar The Destined.
Cthonian Beserks are among the most heavily augmented and courageous of the Kin. Brandishing powerful mining tools that double as weapons of war and unleashing autonomous explosives that tunnel through solid rock, the Beserks storm enemy strongpoints and break them open like an asteroid filled with seams of precious ore.
The Archons are the masters of the Drukhari Kabals. Regal and monstrous in equal measure, each wields the power to enslave worlds and destroy civilisations.
In Drazhar, the Incubi ideal of violent perfection is exquisitely personified. His every strike exemplifies the tenets of his order, and each life he claims serves as a gruesome liturgy for his dark brethren.
The Incubi are an order of Drukhari that hone themselves for war and war alone. Warriors of the highest calibre, they dedicate themselves to the perfection of the killing strike.
Warriors of the Kabals form the beating heart of each Drukhari strike force. They are the cruellest and most rapacious of their caste, hungry for power and thirsty for the suffering of others.
Lelith Hesperax’s athleticism is far beyond those of other Wyches. She has raised death to a high art, wielding nothing more than simple knives. Gifting her victims with precise wounds in a blur of blade and flesh, she finishes in a bloody finale with a gory flourish.
Raiders are the favoured transports of the Drukhari. Bladed skycraft, they are lightweight and extremely manoeuvrable.
A rich and daring Drukhari may surrender himself to the Haemonculi, requesting that his bones be hollowed out, that bands of new muscle be grafted onto his torso, and powerful wings and adrenaline dispensers be attached to his shoulders so that he is capable of true flight.
