A master hypnotist, she is capable of enthralling even the strongest-willed – just as she has done with the serpent Ouboroth, the eternally ravenous husk of a fallen death god. Sekhar goes to war surrounded by her loyal pets – packs of Dire Wolves stalk and hunt vulnerable prey, whilst Fell Bats encircle and harass the foe, cutting off all hope for escape.

Belthanos leads the eternal hunt that keeps his master Kurnoth’s spirit in bloom. Cloaked in leaves and riding atop a Carnelian Greatspite made of pure life magic, he chases down those who would harm Ghyran so that his howling followers might rip them apart.

Wight Kings are ancient rulers, resurrected by foul necromantic magic. Some of these Deathrattle monarchs take to battle atop ancient skeletal steeds, clad in rusted barding. These mounted warrior-lords typically ride at the very forefront of the undead advance, stampeding the enemy into dust and driving their lances into the hearts of the living.

Ivya Volga is a loner amongst the Vyrkos dynasty, spurning the company of her vampiric kin in favour of her loyal swarm of bat familiars. She ranges far and wide across the realms, testing her strength against the most ferocious creatures she can find and feasting on their magic-infused blood.

The Soublight Gravelords are blood-sucking rulers of the night, who command undead hordes to crash upon the living. These vampires are undead of singular power and ambition, lords of the night who serve as Nagash’s generals even as they chafe against his will. Every Soulblight dynasty has its own ambitions for the realms, and they are eager to achieve them through any means, no matter how dark. Leading armies of shambling corpses, necromantic entities and horrors from the deepest graves, the vampires expand their fiefdoms and grind mortals beneath their heels.

A breed of forest spirit only recently-emerged into the ranks of the Sylvaneth, the Gossamid Archers are afforded the power of flight by the zephyrwing spites that clasp their torsos. With impressive speed and mobility, the Archers fly to wherever they're needed on the battlefield, swooping low to shoot at the enemy and evading counter-assaults with a swarm of insectile distractions. A gruesome fate awaits any struck by the shafts fired by these symbiotic skirmishers – the arrowheads contain voracious grubs that devour the target from within.

The Spiterider Lancers are Alarielle's elite cavalry, mounted upon agile Dragonspites whose bodies thrum with the energies of Life. Taming one of these ancient insectoid predators is a quest in itself – their forest spirit riders deftly swoop and whirl above the battlefield before suddenly diving into a charge, striking the enemy lines with shocking force. The enemies of the Everqueen are left with nowhere to hide when the Spiterider Lancers are unleashed from the vales.

Strange and fey are the Sylvaneth, children of the life goddess Alarielle.
