The Repulsor armoured transport is a deadly combination of manoeuvrability and raw brute force. Due to the turbine array at its rear, it has tremendous motive power, held aloft by powerful anti-gravitic generators. The Repulsor is so heavily armed and armoured that is doesn’t skim over the landscape but instead crushes the ground below it. The tank grinds forward with a deep bass thrum, reducing rock to gravel and fallen bodies to smears of gore and powdered bone.
Deathwing Command Squad
The highest-ranking members of the1st Company’s Inner Circle are sometimes accompanied by a Command Squad from the 1st Company. Such a hand-picked formation of the most veteran Deathwing Terminators makes a formidable unit, ideal for a bodyguard or to be assigned special duties.
The Command Squad stands resplendent in the iconography of the Dark Angels and Space Marines, as well as wing motifs, rivets, searchlights and studs. As well as options for an Apothecary and Champion, and storm bolters, power sword and power fists, there are interesting features such as an under-slung plasma cannon, a censer-featuring halberd of Caliban. The kit includes the eerie-looking miniature of the Watcher in the Dark, which embraces a Perfidious Relic, and stands in a long cloak – out of which pokes a power-armoured foot. This fantastic box set will provide numerous options for the Warhammer 40,000 collector and modeller alike.
This kit contains 102 components, a Space Marines Transfer Sheet, five 40mm round bases, and one 25mm round base with which to make a Deathwing Command Squad, Deathwing Knights or five Deathwing Terminators.
This kit comes supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
Each company in a Chapter of the Adeptus Astartes falls under the command of a Captain. It is often said that a Space Marine is worth at least ten other soldiers; under the leadership of a Captain, this swells even further, for they coordinate their warriors with deadly precision and inspire their followers to fight with a dedication and spirit that cannot be instilled by training or discipline alone.
The Deathwatch are a widespread Chapter of Space Marines and the Imperium's greatest weapon against the manifold threats posed by countless xenos races. From their hidden bases in orbiting watch fortresses, the Deathwatch despatch carefully selected operatives to hunt down and exterminate alien presences wherever they may be found.
Just as the duties of the Salamanders 3rd Company place an exceptional strain upon the noble and compassionate warriors who must discharge them, so an exceptional leader is required to ensure that this burden never becomes too great for even Vulkan's sons to bear. Adrax Agatone is that leader.
The Space Wolves are a savage Space Marine Chapter of merciless hunters. They hail from the icy death world of Fenris and strive to emulate the strength, cunning and howling ferocity of their Primarch: Leman Russ, the Wolf King.
Hammerfall Bunkers are launched from Space Marine warships in the same manner as Drop Pods. Automated area-denial assets crewed by hard-wired servitors, they have all kinds of battlefield roles, including securing beachheads, hampering enemy assaults and wreaking havoc behind the foe's lines.
Lieutenants act as the right hands of their Captains by providing flexibility and helping to direct their battle-brothers in engagements. They are often entrusted with direct battlefield command of a demi-company or strike force – handling squad-level combat logistics and acting as exemplary leaders.
Steeped in the arts of ambush and hidden assault, Kayvaan Shrike is the Raven Guard’s foremost warrior and leads his Chapter as Master of Shadows. In the course of his long and bloody life, Shrike has brought liberation to many worlds and death to countless enemies.
The wolves of Fenris are legendary beasts whose lives are inextricably linked with those of the human tribes that share their ice-bound world. It is considered a great feat for a battle-brother of the Space Wolves to hunt down a pack of these wolves when armed with nothing but his wits. If he should kill the alpha male of the pack, the rest of the wolves will instinctively treat him as their new pack leader. When the battle-brother returns successful to the Fang, he does so in the company of wolves.
