Necromunda: Van Saar Gang
House Van Saar is the technological powerhouse of Necromunda, its artisans and armourers creating the finest weapons and wargear of all the clans.
The Zone Mortalis is literally "the deadly ground" – short-range gunflights take place as fighters dart between cover, and brutal melee is almost impossible to escape from. Even in such a lethal environment, a gang needs somewhere to live.

Ash Wastes Arachni-rigs – known to House Van Saar as Arachnika Ash-jumpers – are armoured exoskeletons designed to traverse Necromunda’s rugged surface. Jump jets allow them to boost over obstacles, leap free of trouble, or unexpectedly drop in amongst their foes. Heavy weapons and surprising mobility make Ash-jumpers a match for rival vehicles and Nomad war parties, as they carve through Cargo-8 trains with laser and plasma blasts, clear rough terrain with flamers and rad guns, and snag targets with harpoons.
The ash wastes of Necromunda are an unforgiving environment, utterly deadly for those who can't avoid its irradiated quicksand and toxic mine pits. Gangs that operate in the Great Equatorial Wastes, and the Ash Waste Nomads who call them home, often lay claim to the rugged Thatos Pattern constructions that litter the wilderness. Whether bridging foul hazards, marking the claim of a forgotten outpost, or connecting a settlement of Hab Modules via industrial scaffolding, the Thatos Pattern Platforms & Walkways are a common sight in the ash wastes.
Way-Brethren are the outriders of the Redemption’s wasteland crusades. Mounted on mechanical Ridge Walkers, these tireless pilgrims range ahead of the teeming masses of the faithful, blazing a trail between the shrines and holy sites of Necromunda's ash wastes for those that follow. Ridge Walkers are hardy engine-steeds that turn the Way-Brethren into swift and deadly combatants, capable of charging down foes or bullying through enemy lines with almost knightly vigour.
Necromunda is a vast planet, dominated by sprawling hive cities. To leave the shelter of the cities is to brave the Ash Wastes – a massive expanse of polluted and desolate dunes inhabited by outcasts, prospectors, and those who have adapted to life in these harsh environments. Gangs are often employed to protect caravans and convoys when commerce between the hive cities is necessary, and the nomads of the wastes prey on them for both sustenance and sport.
In just a few short millennia, House Orlock has risen from a loose alliance of Clan Families and waste prospectors to become the largest mining operation on the planet.
Masters of pharmaceuticals and chemical manipulation, what Eschers may lack in terms of raw physical strength, they more than make up for in speed, skill, and deadly flair. The weapons and equipment used by an Escher gang emphasise their strengths and lethal skills.

Unlike other Houses, that are built upon vital industries or are bound together by faith, he Delaque have no defined home and no defined industrial role within Necromundan society.
Perfect for basing your miniatures to match the grim, industrial feel of Necromunda Underhive, this is a set of 10 32mm plastic bases with sculpted details which match the floor tiles found in the game.
Ever practical, Orlock gangs employ light four-wheeled vehicles to navigate the harsh terrain of the ash wastes. These Outrider Quads pack serious firepower into a swift (and impressively loud) frame, offering support to the House of Iron whenever and wherever it’s needed. They also act as workhorses for the gang, toting the heavy equipment required for long treks across Necromunda's deadly trade routes.
The gangers that fight in the name of House Goliath are hulking brutes, each a pillar of muscle and pent-up violence ready to be unleashed. Far larger and stronger than an ordinary human, they flaunt their strength wherever they go and it is difficult to ignore the air of brutality which Goliaths wear like a mantle.
Ogryns are one of the most commonly seen strains of abhuman throughout the Imperium. What they lack in intelligence they more than make up for in terms of strength.
Cutters are fast, agile jetbikes, reflecting House Escher's preference for deadly speed over brutish durability. Borne across the skies of the ash wastes by a staggeringly powerful engine, Cutters are seldom the stablest or safest of rides – but leave any rivals choking on clouds of dust and trails of corrosive chem-exhaust. Soaring over obstacles and barricades, a descending Cutter can slice through the enemies of the House of Blades with a hail of gunfire, then jink away before the foe can respond.
Keep your skirmishes moving quickly with this deck of 26 cards, featuring the various tricks and schemes your gangers can utilise during your games of Necromunda, such as an explosive gift of a Grenade Bouquet or the ominous ...Click of a stubber running dry.
The Tauros Venator is an all-terrain vehicle, favoured by the Palanite Enforcers as a rapid interceptor ideal for policing the vital ridgeways that criss-cross Necromunda's ash wastes. The Enforcers only have a limited presence beyond the hive cities, so these swift but well-armed vehicles are vital for traversing the outlands at speed and bringing brutal justice to those who would threaten wealthy guild convoys or respectable hiver travellers.
